Values PosterWe might not be consciously aware of it, but each of us has our own personal set of values.  As an organization, Spring-Green has a set of values too. (Located in the Spring-Green operating manual)  These values help define what is important in our business life.  Below is a brief description of Spring-Green’s values:

  • Quality Service / Excellence
    We care about our customers and it shows in all we do.
    Providing quality service is all about attitude.  In our business, it is essential that Spring-Green professionals have a service attitude.
  • Innovation and Creativity
    We constantly seek a better way.  
    Innovation and creativity are essential for Spring-Green to be competitive in the long run.
  • Ethics
    We practice the highest standards of ethical conduct and personal integrity.
    Ethical conduct and personal integrity are all about doing what’s right.  Doing what’s right usually involves doing what’s honest and what’s fair.  Demonstrate honesty and fairness with customers, associates and suppliers by meeting them at least “half way”.  There is no room for anything other than the highest levels of ethical conduct and personal integrity of Spring-Green.
  • Respect for the Individual
    Every member of the team is important.  Each of us has the opportunity and the responsibility to make a difference.
    Each person on the corporate and Spring-Green franchise owner’s team needs to know that his contribution is appreciated and valued.  Everyone needs to understand that each person in each position is important.

    Our contribution leads to individual satisfaction, fulfillment and reward.
    Personal and professional development should be an important part of everyone’s work life at Spring-Green.  The performance of all team members should be recognized and rewarded both informally in a spontaneous manner and formally through planned programs and events.

    Team Spirit is the collective intangible feelings concerning belief in the team that team members have.  Each team member needs to know and understand what he must personally contribute to do his part in achieving the team’s goal.  Celebrate successes.  Always discuss failures and get a commitment by the team to do better the next time.

    We can do it!  We believe in ourselves.
    Confidence is an intangible feeling concerning belief in ones self that an individual has.  Confidence within the individual Team member is very similar to Team Spirit within the Team.  The principals used to create Team Spirit in a Team also apply to creating Confidence in an individual.
