Spring-Green is in the service business. Service is what we are all about. Our mission statement says that Spring-Green service is held to “higher standards” in the areas of Quality, Service, Professionalism and Value.
The document, “Standards of Franchise Operation”, (located in the Spring-Green operating manual) outlines in detail what is expected of a Spring-Green franchise in each of these four key areas.
A general description of the meaning of each of these four key areas is as follows:
- Quality has to do with results or appearance of the property. The results of our service must meet the expectations of our customer.
- Service has to do with the way we interact with and treat our customer. We want everyone in our organization to be friendly, caring, considerate, and appreciative of our customer.
- Professionalism has to do with expertise and an image that makes our customers welcome us into their property. First, we want Spring-Green people to be competent professionals. But, that’s not enough. They must act like competent professionals and look like competent professionals, too.
- Value has to do with your perception of what you receive for what you pay. We want our customers to feel like they get more than their money’s worth with Spring-Green.
