 The Spring-Green Owner/Operator model awards one initial exclusive territory of up to 60,000 single family households. This model offers a low cost of entry and focuses on keeping all expenses at a bare minimum. The owner is the operator doing all field work, sales and customer service the first year as the customer base is established. This allows an owner the opportunity to learn the business hands on. Typically, the second year the owner remains involved in production; hiring both part time production and sales help. As the productivity of the first vehicle is maximized the owner begins his transition away from production and spends more time on sales and customer service.
As disclosed in our financial performance representation the average gross sales of a single territory less than 120,000 households is $266,874*. Interestingly, many of our largest franchise owners to date started as single territory operators and then added territories as the business grew.
