Training
Your initial training begins with a week of extensive classroom training at our support center in Plainfield, Illinois. We'll introduce you to the details of the franchise relationship, our marketing and operating systems, and our franchise support programs and activities. You'll learn the fundamentals of topics like marketing, technology, business development, the technical aspects of lawn and tree care, and equipment operation and maintenance.
Shortly after you return home, you will be visited by your lawn care franchise support representative who will help you with the practical implementation of what you have learned in the classroom. You will receive real-world training in field operations, sales, and the diagnosis of various conditions of lawns and trees.
As a Spring-Green lawn care franchisee, you will come to appreciate that learning is an ongoing and never ending process. You will become a highly competent lawn care professional as well as an outstanding businessperson.

Spring-Green's franchise support staff reflects the experience and stability of our organization. It is a team of seasoned lawn care professionals that provides you with over 100 combined years of real-world lawn care experience. Members of our franchise support staff average over 16 years in our business. In addition, Spring-Green’s support staff comes from a variety of backgrounds including lawn care, consumer marketing and operations. This diversity of skills contributes to our ability to grow at an accelerated pace compared to the rest of the industry.
